Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices to help PMs thrive regardless of where they sit.

You will partner with design, engineering, and PMO teams to deliver high-impact products, develop PRDs, roadmaps and metrics, and lead discovery, strategy, and launches that drive adoption and success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product priorities.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Foundational knowledge of AI-enabled products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards and guidance documents.
• Foster communities of practice, sharing sessions and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community and promote best practices.
