Patrick Industries, a leader in manufacturing and solutions, is seeking an IT Sr. Analyst, AI Product Manager to own the enterprise AI use case portfolio and roadmap.

You will partner with AI Delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, drive value realization, and ensure alignment with governance standards and strategic priorities. The role requires strong collaboration with operations, finance, and corporate functions, plus experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years in product management, analytics, software delivery, or AI solutions.
• Experience owning roadmaps, portfolios, or prioritization decisions.
• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI use case roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions.
• Define and maintain the AI use case portfolio aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate, prioritize, defer, reshape, or discontinue use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and resources.
• Establish success criteria, outcomes, and acceptance for AI initiatives.
• Maintain governance and reporting around roadmap decisions for leadership.
• Lead intake and qualification of new AI use case requests.
