Job summary

BlackCube Labs in South San Francisco, CA is seeking an AI Product Manager - Data Science to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative AI/ML products supporting Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs.

You will partner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, and business leaders to develop AI-powered solutions that improve customer engagement, personalization, automation, and decision-making, while ensuring responsible AI, governance, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of combined Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, or software development experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, or Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or SQL.
• Experience with PRDs, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, product roadmaps, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of cloud and enterprise architectures such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define AI/ML product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead development of AI/ML and Generative AI product capabilities.
• Create PRDs, product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Build business cases and demonstrate measurable ROI/business impact.
• Drive experimentation, UAT, product launches, and post-launch optimization.
• Manage internal and external technical teams and consultants.
• Ensure responsible AI, governance, scalability, and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to senior/executive stakeholders.
