The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Interaction

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Product Growth Strategist/Chief of Staff to join us at a defining moment. You'll be working side by side with our CEO and CTO—two serial founders with two public exits under their belts—on a mission to shape the future of AI-powered creation.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a category-defining product from the ground up. You won’t be managing spreadsheets or sitting on the sidelines—you’ll be owning key product decisions, experimenting with growth levers, designing user-centric experiences, and helping set strategy at the highest level.

You’ll be embedded in a fast-moving, high-autonomy team where curiosity, ambition, and speed are everything. We’re looking for someone fluent in generative AI, energized by ambiguity, and eager to create tools that empower creators and redefine how people interact with technology.

This 4-month contract is designed as a launchpad. If you excel, it opens a direct path to a full-time leadership role as we scale.

Your Mission (Initial 4-Month Focus):

You'll be instrumental in shaping and validating key aspects of the SeeSaw/Clap platform. Your responsibilities will be dynamic but initially focused on:

• Experience Creation & AI Builder Optimization: Become a power user of our AI Builder. Create diverse challenges, push its limits, meticulously document findings, and provide data-driven feedback to engineering for improving AI output quality, usability, and creative range.
• Creator Onboarding & Inspiration Strategy: Help define how we inspire creators. Research and test strategies for showcasing potential (beyond obvious uses), refine prompting techniques, and contribute to early creator outreach messaging and onboarding materials.
• User Testing & Feedback Synthesis: Recruit, manage, and engage with our initial cohort of beta testers/players. Gather crucial qualitative and quantitative feedback, synthesizing it into actionable insights that directly inform product development priorities.
• Early Operational Process Design: Help lay the groundwork for scale. Research and recommend initial tools/processes for customer support (focusing on strategy, not volume) and potentially coordinate initial prize sponsor outreach/logistics.
• Conceptual Research (e.g., Tokenomics): Dive into specific strategic areas as needed, such as researching viable tokenomics models or analyzing competitive approaches to interactive content.
• Executive Alignment & Strategic Prioritization: Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across high-priority initiatives, ensuring the company stays focused on what matters most at each stage of growth.

What We're Looking For (The Filter):

• Deep AI Proficiency & Curiosity: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand prompt engineering nuances, actively experiment with different models (LLMs, image/video gen), and constantly think about how AI can automate, enhance, or unlock new possibilities. Show us your AI-driven projects or workflows.
• Action-Oriented & Scrappy: You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait for perfect instructions. You can take a high-level goal, break it down, learn quickly, experiment, and deliver results with minimal hand-holding. Startup experience (or equivalent high-initiative projects) is a strong plus.
• Product Intuition & User Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of both creators and players, identify friction points, and brainstorm creative solutions for improving usability and engagement.
• Strong Communicator & Synthesizer: You can clearly articulate complex ideas, document findings concisely, and synthesize diverse feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Growth Mindset & Ambition: You're eager to learn, tackle big challenges, and grow with a company aiming for massive impact. The 9-to-5 clock-watcher mentality won't fit here; we're looking for passion and drive.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX for potential full-time conversion (initial contract can be hybrid/remote).
• (Ideal Bonus): Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or advanced degree with a focus on tech/product/entrepreneurship OR equivalent experience leading impactful projects.
