Sprinto is a fully remote AI-enabled compliance platform used by organizations worldwide to streamline audits, risk management, and governance. You will own AI features end to end, from problem framing to customer-ready delivery, partnering across CX, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and impact.

The role emphasizes strong product management fundamentals, first-principles thinking, and hands-on discovery with early customers, in a fast-paced, autonomy-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with discovery, POCs, and customer feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Own AI features end to end from problem to launch.
• Define the problem statement from first principles.
• Build the product and take it to first customers with POCs.
• Drive distribution and adoption with CX, Sales, and Marketing.
• Own accuracy and quality for AI-driven features.
• Operate with senior-level autonomy.
