Job summary

Talently is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the AI agent’s behavior, determine its goals, and define the tools and rules it can use. You will build and own the evaluation process to decide ship readiness, turning conversations into prioritized improvements.

You will ensure safety and compliance in money movement, track key metrics, and collaborate with engineering to ship rapidly. You will need 5+ years in product management, strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Spanish with ability to communicate with diverse groups within Mexican communities in the US.
• Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to present to stakeholders at all levels.

Job description

As a AI Product Manager, the company expects you to perform the following tasks:

• Own how the AI agent behaves: what it understands, how it responds, and how it guides a user to complete a transfer.
• Write clear specs — the goal, the tools the agent can use, and the rules it must follow.
• Build and own the evaluation process that decides whether the agent is good enough to ship, and make it a step before every release.
• Turn conversation data into prioritized improvements, and confirm the fixes move real metrics.
• Treat safety and compliance as part of the design — this is real money movement (KYC, limits, blacklist).
• Track the metrics that matter (conversion, drop-off, latency, cost per conversation) and use them tocguide the roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering to ship and iterate fast.
