Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for AI, you will lead the delivery and optimization of AI‑driven products that solve real business challenges. You’ll own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure solutions deliver measurable impact. This role partners closely with process improvement, engineering, and data science teams to drive adoption, monitor performance, and support change management.

  • Manage the AI product backlog and prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable AI/ML requirements, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define model objectives, data needs, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate across teams to align on product strategy, roadmap, and rollout plans, ensuring incremental delivery and rapid adoption of AI capabilities.
  • Convert operational challenges into user stories and acceptance criteria, partnering with process improvement leads and business teams.
  • Validate AI solutions through testing and feedback loops with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
  • Own successful delivery of solutions, supplying product requirement documents and user stories to Engineering and UX teams including active involvement and leadership of others during sprint cycles.
  • May assume other duties as applied.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy, and building programs and features solving complicated problems with elegant, simple solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, SDLC, and product development tools.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of AI technologies, model lifecycle, and data, is a plus
  • Experience with AI model evaluation, including bias detection and performance monitoring, is a plus.
Physical Role Requirements

Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to ten pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits, such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching, and typing during your working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification Requirements

High school diploma required. Higher education/certifications preferred.

Minimum Experience required

5+ years of product management, consulting or relevant experience required.

Salary

This role pays between $100,000 to $125,000, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
