Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products that align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with Data Science, ML engineers, software teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements, prioritize backlogs, and drive end-to-end product lifecycle while ensuring Responsible AI and regulatory compliance.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to solve customer and business problems.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Drive the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation, experimentation, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, model performance, user adoption, and business KPIs.
• Ensure AI products comply with Responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI standards.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new AI product opportunities.
• Lead product launches, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 24 years building AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.
• Proven experience launching and scaling AI-powered digital products in SaaS, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Healthcare, Automotive, or Technology domains.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and AI model lifecycle.
• Experience working with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud services such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional certifications in AI, Cloud, Agile, or Product Management (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer, PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe POPM) are highly desirable.
