Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, GA, invites early-career talent to join the BUILD program. The AI Product Management specialist role focuses on exploring, planning, and delivering AI-enabled features with a user-centric approach.

Join a two-year rotation across functions to build business and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. We seek candidates with a BS in Business, CS, IT, or Data Science and 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

0–2 years of applicable work experience.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Agile software development.
Exposure to AI through coursework, research, or internships.

Responsibilities

Support discovery activities by documenting business challenges and exploring where AI can drive value.
Analytics and BI: develop reporting, dashboards, usage metrics, and insights.
AI Product Management: contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and adoption.
User story development: write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder collaboration: attend product meetings and document needs.
Backlog & roadmap: maintain backlog and roadmap docs with Product Managers.
Product metrics & testing: track metrics and participate in testing.
