Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager for Government Pricing & Compliance in the US. You will own the AI-based pricing calculations, filings and restatements end-to-end, collaborating with Government Pricing, Market Access and Compliance teams.

The role covers architecture, governance, and production deployment in a SOX-controlled environment with a focus on accuracy, audit trails, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management and technical experience.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions using agentic frameworks, LLMs, or automated compliance workflows.
• Experience with US government pricing and rebate programs and SOX controls.
• Experience with enterprise pricing platforms (Model N) and ERP integrations.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• AI product roadmap: Own end-to-end roadmap for government pricing and compliance and monitor KPIs.
• Define pricing tech strategy, SLAs, and integrations across ERP and chargeback/rebate systems.
• Establish governance for regulated AI use cases with model validation and human-in-the-loop.
• Own governance of pricing inputs, data lineage, and master data.
• Assess regulatory changes and translate into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Ensure on-time submissions with full audit trails and defensible version history.
• Maintain SOX-aligned controls and risk reviews with Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit.
• Drive adoption through training and change management for users.
