Synechron seeks an experienced AI Product Manager / AI Architect to drive AI-driven products and platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead cross-functional teams, and guide end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to deployment.

Requires 10+ years in related roles, strong cloud expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP), and a track record of delivering enterprise software. Base salary ranges $120k–$125k/year with benefits in Alpharetta GA or Stamford CT.

Formación

• 10+ years in Product Management, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI/ML roles.
• Proven experience building and delivering enterprise software products and platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Experience defining AI product strategy and translating business objectives into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI creates measurable business value.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation to deployment and adoption.
• Design and review enterprise-grade architectures, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, DevOps, and business teams to deliver AI initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and cloud services to drive innovation.
• Establish technical standards, governance, and Responsible AI practices.
