Job summary

Synechron is seeking a proactive AI Lead Engineer to drive end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, including Generative AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration. You will architect scalable AI platforms, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.

The role demands hands-on Python, strong communication, and ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Python experience.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI platforms using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and cloud services.
• Develop and optimize Python-based apps, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and accelerators to drive innovation.
• Mentor AI engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and MLOps practices.
• Lead POCs, prototypes, and production implementations from concept to deployment.
• Communicate with executives and clients across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to solutioning, estimation, proposals, and client presentations.
