Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience combined with a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven products.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business/Product Analysis.
• Strong experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, AI/ML use cases, and AI-driven applications.
• Experience defining roadmaps, backlogs, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining product KPIs, metrics, and business outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven products.
• Translate business problems and customer needs into AI/ML product requirements and user stories.
• Work with Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to define solutions.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on use cases involving Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
• Understand AI model capabilities, limitations, data requirements, model performance, and business impact.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products with stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, product validation, release planning, and production adoption.
• Identify and manage product risks related to AI governance, data privacy, security, bias, explainability, and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
