Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to bridge client needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, translating requirements into detailed specifications and guiding delivery with engineering and design.

Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years in product management, experience with AI-enabled products, and familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in a product management role, preferably with AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, data flows, and system scalability.
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across levels.
