Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfort working with globally distributed teams and asynchronous communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain launch plans for AI products with timelines and owners.
• Map stakeholders and maintain a clear communication cadence.
• Track go-to-market readiness across departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear direction and follow up to keep commitments on track.
• Report status, risks, and dates to senior leadership; present readiness.
• Coordinate usability testing and organize feedback sessions with customers.
• Run launch checklists, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Build understanding of products to communicate credibly with engineers and executives.
