Job summary

Point One Navigation, Inc. is hiring Product Engineers to transform how law firms track billable time. You’ll own AI-driven product surfaces, turning half-explained processes into working systems used by attorneys and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end to end, from the first sketch to the version attorneys are using the following week.
• Work directly with attorneys, firm leadership, and billing teams to understand how each firm practices and what their environments require.
• Build new AI products: entirely new workflows for a profession that has used the same ones for forty years.
• Identify what's being asked for when the problem isn't defined yet; align with colleagues and ship against it.
• Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews.
