Worky is seeking a product-focused AI Software Engineer to translate advances in AI into reliable restaurant products. You will own the full stack—from customer-facing experiences to backend services and evaluation systems—and ship production-grade solutions.

You will work across voice ordering, reservations, catering, restaurant operations, and analytics with a strong emphasis on product judgment, speed, and responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering fundamentals and shipping production web or platform products.
• Ability to work across full stack and own product quality.
• Experience building with AI models, LLMs, or agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI product experiences from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Develop customer-facing interfaces, backend APIs, and data models as part of a cohesive product.
• Design workflows that combine models, context, memory, rules, and human escalation.
