Qualifications

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered products end-to-end across frontend, backend, workflows, and evaluation systems.
Collaborate with business and operational teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Develop agent-based and LLM-powered applications that support critical business processes.
Experiment with new models, tools, and AI capabilities as they become available.
Create feedback loops and evaluation systems to improve model performance over time.
Own product metrics and measure the commercial impact of what you ship.
Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new functionality into production.
Present results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
