You will define and implement AI-powered features using LLMs and embeddings, scaling workflows across Notion's systems. You’ll work with AI, Infrastructure, and Product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You should stay current with AI trends, tackle problems holistically, and communicate effectively across disciplines to balance craft, speed, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI products using LLMs, embeddings and other ML technologies.
• Understanding how parts of a system fit together from UI to data model.
• Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
• Experience building products from ground up.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Productionize and scale asynchronous workflows across Notion’s systems.
• Collaborate across AI, Infrastructure and Product teams to deliver high quality experiences.
