We are a team of multiple‑time Y Combinator founders building the AI Operating System for healthcare practices—powering every patient interaction through human‑like voice agents, intelligent chat/SMS, automated scheduling, and deep PMS/EHR integrations. We work with dental, ENT, ortho, and primary care practices nationwide, supporting millions of patient interactions and rapidly expanding across the U.S.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product‑Focused Engineer—someone who thrives where product, engineering, and UX converge. This is not a narrow IC role; it’s for someone who wants to own core product surfaces, work directly with the founders, and ship features that touch thousands of patient interactions from day one.

• Conversational AI pipeline (voice, chat, SMS)
• Scheduling and automation logic
• PMS/EHR integrations
• Front‑end portals (practice admin dashboards, analytics, configuration)
• Real‑time telephony, call handling, and workflow automation

What You’ll Own

• Take high‑level problem statements and turn them into shipped features
• Collaborate directly with founders to prioritize roadmap
• Lead product discovery, user validation, and rapid iteration cycles
• Build experiences that are beautifully simple for practice admins and staff
• Architect, develop, and deploy features end‑to‑end
• Improve reliability, reduce system‑wide errors, and optimize latency
• Contribute to scheduling logic, workflow automations, and backend pipelines
• Work with our AI/ML stack to improve conversational performance

Make the Product Self‑Serve

• Design onboarding flows and configuration tools that allow practices to self‑launch
• Build UI for scheduling rules, provider mapping, call routing, etc.
• Reduce customer success overhead by creating clean, intuitive UX
• Listen to customers, shadow calls, dive into logs
• Translate real‑world workflows into product decisions
• Validate features through rapid cycles—hours/days, not weeks

Who You Are

• Full‑stack engineer comfortable across backend, APIs, front‑end, and devops
• Think in products, not just code

• Have a strong sense of UX and can simplify complex logic for users
