Digivance Solutions is seeking an AI Product Engineer to build agentic AI systems for healthcare. You will work at the intersection of applied AI, full-stack engineering, and clinical workflows, developing an agentic clinical platform that helps clinicians make better decisions and deliver more effective care.

Based in NYC or willing to relocate, you’ll join a seed-stage startup, own multiple product areas from concept to production, collaborate with clinicians and leadership, and help scale

Formación

• 5+ years of product engineering experience with a focus on LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI or LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript across backend and product development.
• Experience building software in healthcare, with provider-facing products or clinical workflows.
• Experience owning multiple product areas at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series A).
• Proven ability to architect and build products end-to-end, from concept to production.
• Experience with LLM evaluations, regression testing, or AI observability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with significant ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype new AI-powered clinical experiences and take successful concepts into production.

• Build observability and monitoring systems to track model behavior, tool calls, errors, and workflow outcomes.
• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows that ensure AI systems operate safely in clinical environments.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product leaders, and engineers to translate real-world healthcare needs into reliable AI products.

You’ll work at the intersection of applied AI, full-stack engineering, and clinical workflows, building an agentic clinical platform that helps clinicians make better decisions and deliver more effective care to patients with chronic conditions.

This is an opportunity to join a seed-stage, well-funded healthcare AI startup where you’ll have significant ownership, work directly with leadership and clinicians, and take products from early prototypes to production.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of product engineering experience, with a strong focus on LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI or LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, across backend and product development.
• Previous experience building software in healthcare, ideally involving provider-facing products or clinical workflows.
• Experience owning multiple product areas at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series A).
• Proven ability to architect and build products end-to-end, from concept to production.
• Experience with LLM evaluations, regression testing, or AI observability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience building agent harnesses, workflow engines, or coding-agent infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RAG, retrieval systems, APIs, and modern agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
