Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Product Builder for a 100% remote, 12-month contract-to-hire engagement. The role blends product strategy, technical design, experimentation, and delivery to build AI-enabled solutions.

You will own complex initiatives from concept through implementation, partnering with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to turn vague problems into scalable products.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience with AI, ML, or automation in products.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from concept to launch and improvement.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define solutions, architecture, and workflows.
• Hands-on product development using data and experimentation.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve UX.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Establish success metrics and use data to guide iteration.
• Work in ambiguity, bringing structure and driving initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
• Evaluate new technologies to accelerate delivery.
