Job summary

10x Team is seeking a Freelance Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Expert – AI Trainer to shape AI model outputs through process improvement expertise. This remote, project-based role offers flexible 8–20 hours per week.

Based in the EU or UK, you will review AI-generated recommendations, create real-world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to enhance waste reduction, defect minimization, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Experienced Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt with process mapping and RCA skills.
• Based in the EU or UK with strong analytical capabilities.
• Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma tools and operational excellence standards.
• Able to provide structured, constructive feedback remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI outputs related to Lean and Six Sigma.
• Evaluate AI recommendations for waste reduction and workflow optimization.
• Develop real-world scenarios and case studies from experience.
• Generate scenario variations addressing best practices and risk mitigation.
• Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI content and provide actionable feedback.
• Guide AI systems to better apply Lean/Six Sigma principles.
