LaunchAI builds AI agents that perform real-world business work.
Businesses rely on employees to move information between systems, process orders, review documents, enter data, navigate legacy software, manage spreadsheets, respond to emails, and complete countless other repetitive workflows.
LaunchAI’s technology allows AI agents to interact with the same software and systems employees use, enabling businesses to automate workflows that traditionally required human employees.
We are looking for a highly analytical, process-oriented person who naturally wants to understand how things work.
Your job will be to understand how work gets done today, map the process from beginning to end, identify inefficiencies and repetitive tasks, and determine how that workflow could be executed by an AI agent.
You will become the bridge between the customer who understands their business and the technical team building the AI solution.
You don't need to be a software engineer.
You need to be someone who can look at a complicated business process and say:
Walk me through exactly what happens next.
Then keep asking questions until you understand every step, exception, decision, system, document, and human interaction involved.
Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
The best person for this role is someone who is obsessed with understanding processes.
You notice when someone performs a task in five steps that could be done in two.
You don't accept 'that's just how we've always done it' as an answer.
If you love figuring out how businesses work and are excited about the possibility of having AI perform that work, we'd like to meet you.
