Job summary

Steampunk is seeking a Privacy & Disclosure-Risk Analyst to evaluate privacy and data disclosure risks in AI/ML models and federated learning environments. You will perform technical privacy testing to identify model leakage, membership inference, and reconstruction risks, then collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to validate mitigations.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Strong knowledge of ML privacy risks and data exposure concepts.
Experience evaluating privacy risks in technical systems and data environments.
Familiarity with AI/ML privacy attacks (model leakage, membership inference, reconstruction).
Experience with federated learning privacy risks and distributed ML concepts.
Knowledge of privacy-preserving techniques and data minimization.

Responsibilities

Assess privacy and disclosure risks in AI/ML models and federated environments.
