Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Ops Trust team, focusing on AI Compliance and Privacy program execution within Worldwide Operations in Nashville. The role sits at the intersection of privacy, AI compliance, and program management, ensuring systems and applications meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

Own a privacy review program and/or AI system compliance workflow for all of Operations.
Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Partner with Ops business lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and other Amazon compliance teams to assess and mitigate privacy and AI compliance risk.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Communicate program status, risks, and blockers to leaders.
Must be a good human that enjoys being part of a fun team.
