Job summary

The Knot Worldwide seeks a Principal Product Manager to define and build a brand-new AI product from zero to one inside the leading wedding brand. You will own the roadmap, leverage our deep vendor graph and data, and collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and data science to shape the future of AI in weddings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in consumer tech at scale, incl. hands-on shipping of LLM-powered products to real users.
• A zero-to-one track record: concept to launched, measured reality, ideally inside a larger org.
• Working fluency with the modern AI stack: prompting, evaluation frameworks, agentic patterns, memory and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy to shipped product: rapid prototypes, early user cohorts, iteration loops, and launch.
• Define market case, positioning, and how it becomes a durable business.
• Define what a trustworthy AI is and when it should guide, ask, or act, keeping users in control.
• Run rapid build-measure-learn loops; prototype weekly and test with users early.
• Own measurement and unit economics; instrument cost per engaged user as a product metric.
• Turn vendor/couple graphs, reviews, and planning workflows into product advantages.
• Shape company-wide AI direction with senior leadership on AI changes to product strategy.
