Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to recruit experienced account directors for training their language model on professional presentation tasks. We seek candidates with 2+ years in top B2B or SaaS roles to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations & decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and client-ready production.

This flexible remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Account Director at a top high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits.
• Produce client-ready decks for use with the language model training.
