Job summary

Black Ore is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach to CPA firms for its Tax Autopilot platform. You will own the end-to-end outreach, build and manage lists, and leverage AI-enabled tools to maximize response and qualified opportunities.

You’ll join a fast-growing team that values coachability, curiosity, high output, and rapid learning. Relocation support and equity-based compensation are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Coachable and able to absorb feedback in real time.
• Curious and research before talking to buyers.
• Track record of being top-10% in some measurable area.
• Fast learner capable of explaining tax workflow domains.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound into CPA firms via multiple channels.
• Own your pipeline numbers and report funnel metrics with rigor.
• Hand qualified meetings to account executives for closing.
• Leverage AI tools to research, build lists, personalize outreach and automate workflows.
• Create systems to cover gaps where the playbook lacks.
