Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent.
10+ years leading technical supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing operations, or infrastructure delivery.
Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience developing supplier strategies for complex hardware or infrastructure products.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
Experience leading global supplier relationships and contract execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams responsible for Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Quality Engineering, and Supply Chain Program Management.
Own supplier strategy across compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure hardware.
Establish long‑term sourcing strategies that improve resilience, scalability, cost, and supplier performance.
Partner with Hardware Engineering to align supply chain strategies with future roadmaps and product introductions.
Drive manufacturing readiness, supplier quality, production ramp planning, and operational readiness across multiple hardware programs.
Build executive operating reviews tracking supplier performance, manufacturing readiness, deployment risk, quality metrics, and supply continuity.
Lead supplier executive relationships, contract execution, and operational governance with key manufacturing partners.
Partner with Finance, Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Delivery, and Hardware Operations to align hardware availability with deployment schedules.
Develop scalable operational processes supporting rapid infrastructure expansion across regions.
Drive continuous improvement across sourcing operations, manufacturing quality, supplier performance, and infrastructure delivery execution.
