Job summary

Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Analyst with product ownership responsibilities.
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and business processes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities, AI-driven automation, and intelligent workflows.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and business users.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce business processes.
Support the adoption of Salesforce AI solutions, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, where applicable.
Evaluate AI-driven automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience.
Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
Track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities to stakeholders.
