Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in Austin, TX to join our Financial Services team and help design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled software solutions across banking, wealth management, and insurance. You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies and collaborate with industry experts.

You will document requirements, guide design discussions, code and review, implement tests, create training materials, and assist with production support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python development, API design, scripting, automation and problem solving.
• Experience in AWS cloud technologies including Data Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions.
• Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, AI-assisted development tools, observability, and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design discussions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies.
• Maintain records of code and testing techniques to enrich the knowledge base.
