Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Product Manager to own product areas, partner with Design, Engineering, Research and stakeholders, and drive strategy and outcomes. You will balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver meaningful product improvements.

You will lead customer discovery with User Research, design AI-powered experiences, define roadmaps, write requirements, and measure impact with KPIs. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on technology-powered products in roles such as Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, or User Researcher.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building and shipping digital products.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Experience contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with testing, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with User Research to drive continuous customer discovery and surface opportunities.
• Contribute to AI-powered and agentic product design translating AI capabilities into user-facing features.
• Own product strategy and execution for a product area, including roadmaps, requirements, and prioritization.
• Define KPIs and use analytics, experimentation, and data-driven methods to validate decisions and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, and Content to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support Go-To-Market efforts and translate customer insights into product decisions.
