Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Experience developing REST APIs and custom connectors within Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing effective prompts for AI agents.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret usage data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and train users on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
• Build and manage custom Copilot Agents to enhance enterprise productivity.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems to streamline workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI adoption, governance, and best practices.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce insights to optimize usage.
