Color is seeking a cohort of new software engineering graduates to join a technical team of about 50 engineers, product managers and designers. You will contribute to the AI platform powering care-team tools and patient experiences, helping onboard, assess risk and arrange appropriate screenings.

The program emphasizes engineering design, code reviews, testing, observability and collaboration with peers, under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a four-year CS degree.
• Interest in applying ML/AI in real-world problems and building scalable web apps.
• Experience with modern web stacks and collaborative engineering practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and code generation workflows.

Responsibilities
