Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Migration & Modernization Partner Solutions Architect to accelerate customer migrations and modernizations to AWS through partner ecosystems. This hands-on, partner-facing role embeds with ISV and SI partners to code, integrate, and troubleshoot migrations, while leveraging AWS Transform and GenAI to shorten timelines.

You will work across .NET, SQL Server, and VMware workloads, guiding foundation model selection and ensuring scalable migration patterns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of technology domain experience (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and validate AI-powered migration and modernization solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and virtualized/VMware workloads using AWS Transform and AWS services.
• Embed hands-on with ISV and SI partners (forward-deployed engineering) - writing code, building integrations, and unblocking live migrations, then turning field learnings into repeatable patterns.
• Design GenAI and agentic AI architectures - RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, automated code analysis and refactoring, and dependency mapping.
