Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop software for healthcare analytics applications, with emphasis on AI-enabled features and data pipelines. You will work with Senior Developers, QA, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires 2–3 years of software development, strong Java/SQL, and experience with AI tools and LLM APIs. Remote position with a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related experience.
2–3 years of software development in an enterprise setting.
Strong Java and SQL skills; proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with REST APIs and AWS cloud.
Exposure to LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
Experience with AI-enabled tools and coding assistants.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high quality, maintainable software modules.
Conduct unit and integration testing.
Analyze requirements and create detailed designs.
Integrate AI-powered features and data ingestion pipelines.
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models.
Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
Investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues in AI systems.
