You will help shape how Accenture Song operates and delivers value, collaborating with creative, technology, and strategy teams to drive impact for clients and patients alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, or a related field.
• Agency, consulting, innovation lab, or product company experience.
• Experience building reusable IP: accelerators, toolkits, reference architectures, or commercial offerings.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA standards, or evidence-based content workflows is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Invent and build AI-native experiences and systems.
• Prototype rapidly from briefs to tangible demos for team and client review.
• Design AI-native offerings with scalable, repeatable value.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and reference models for repeatable delivery.
• Serve as connective tissue between strategy, creative, data, tech, and operations.
• Advance AI-first approaches and challenge established processes.
• Prototype, code, and integrate AI tools to accelerate delivery.
