Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships with Senior Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams on digital product strategy and AI-enabled change.
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, development practices, governance, team structures, and delivery models.
• Support the development of product strategies connecting customer needs, business priorities, market context, and technical realities.
• Define and mobilize operating models, governance, and blended client/Accenture resource models.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development and outcomes.
• Synthesize research, stakeholder input, and market context into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams.
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating recommendations into operating rhythms and next steps.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to career development.
• Create client-ready presentations and high-quality deliverables.
• Support proposals, capability-building, and internal knowledge sharing.
