Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking an AI Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions across the full stack. You will work on front-end UI, back-end AI model integration, and data pipelines within the CMM team to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

You will master prompt strategies, model fine-tuning, and modern AI tooling while collaborating with DevOps, product management, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of AI-enhanced application development using LLMs, voice, image, or speech models.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise quality software applications.
• Build scalable applications integrating Large Language Models and other AI tools into new and legacy codebases.
• Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development and testing.
• Communicate modern AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Iteratively craft prompts to maximize LLM performance and implement prompt caching strategies.
• Maintain prompt libraries & benchmark performance.
• Fine-tune & serve GPT-family, Llama.
• Develop AI agents Semantic Kernel.
• Prototype co-pilot experiences & autonomous workflows.
• Fully document all work at code and application level.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders on large projects.
