Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Marketing Operations and AI Enablement Intern to support North and Latin America marketing initiatives. You will help modernize marketing-to-sales alignment using AI tools, analytics, and scalable campaigns, events, and ABM programs.

You will build AI-driven prompts and templates, maintain calendars, assist in reporting, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive regional growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other business tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows and team productivity.
• Build AI-powered prompts, templates, and playbooks for regional field marketing.
• Create repeatable processes to increase efficiency and reduce admin work.
• Maintain AMER Marketing Master Calendar for campaigns, webinars, events, and roadshows.
• Coordinate event briefs, timelines, attendee tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Ensure accuracy of event-related data, registrations, leads, and routing.
