Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other business tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Interest in learning AI-enabled solutions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve workflows and productivity
• Build and maintain AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and playbooks for regional initiatives
• Create repeatable processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar for campaigns, events, and programs
• Support event planning activities and post-event follow-up
• Manage event data, registrations, leads, and routing
• Organize a centralized library of marketing assets and templates
• Develop target account and invitation lists for programs and events
• Assist with campaign reporting, pipeline influence, and ROI measurements
• Gather and organize data from multiple sources for leadership reporting
• Create reporting frameworks and templates to improve visibility
• Collaborate with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional teams for regional growth
