Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale the operational engine that converts AI‑matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will own the enrollment funnel end to end—from qualification and site referral through screening, consent, and randomization—and work across clinical operations, technology, and customer success to drive throughput.

You will build and manage a team of Project Managers as volume grows, coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading operational delivery in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment across clinical trials, healthcare services, logistics, or consulting.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end; measuring drop‑off at each stage and improving throughput.
• Track record of scaling an operational function in a fast‑growing organization; building repeatable processes and increasing capacity.
• Experience coordinating across multiple external partners and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; build dashboards, work in Excel, present in PowerPoint, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Structured project management disciplined; manage multiple parallel workstreams to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical operations, technology, customer success) and external partners (sites, sponsors, CROs) to drive throughput.
• Lead and scale a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity as volume grows.
• Set and monitor performance metrics; identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure growth velocity aligns with operational delivery capacity across geographies.
