Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Coach to lead dynamic life-skills workshops for K-8 students and coach them toward ambitious weekly goals. You will use Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to drive progress, adapt methods for mixed-age groups, and celebrate real achievements.

As a full-time in-person role across campuses in the US, you’ll help students develop confidence, resilience, and ownership, shaping their growth and future success within Alpha’s AI-assisted learning approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students via teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Willing to work in person at Alpha campuses in multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, building communication, resilience, focus, and leadership.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to help achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life-skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is demonstrated.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes for the cohort.
