Job summary
Allstate is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead AI-powered finance technology products and translate complex data into actionable insights. You will define and deliver next-generation capabilities across predictive modelling, trend analysis, and anomaly detection within finance, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in digital product management, leading platform or data products.
- Experience delivering data/cloud/AI-enabled transformations that improve outcomes.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and deliver outcomes.
- Define success metrics and use data and feedback to drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-enabled finance products.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology to translate problems into prioritised outcomes and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional delivery using modern data, cloud, analytics, and AI to create measurable business value.
- Monitor performance with metrics and feedback to improve adoption and time-to-insight.
