Job summary

Mars is implementing Riobot at the Royal Canin site in Lewisburg, Ohio. The Digital Manufacturing Engineer will lead deployment, drive adoption, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Education and Training, and global Riobot teams to integrate AI-powered troubleshooting into daily workflows.

You will build validation processes, train end users, and ensure knowledge content is accurate and actionable for on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools such as Power BI or Python.
• Experience with digitalization initiatives, manufacturing technology projects, or AI deployments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local deployment of Riobot, ensuring timely execution and progress reporting.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs related to Riobot adoption, user satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Track issues and escalate to regional/global teams as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Education & Training, and Riobot teams to align deployment with workflows.
• Deliver training sessions and hands-on support to operators and technicians.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve the Riobot user experience and translate needs into recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Riobot's knowledge base with site-specific information.
