Job summary

Mars Incorporated's Royal Canin manufacturing site in Lewisburg, Ohio seeks a Digital Manufacturing Engineer – Continuous Improvement to lead the local deployment of Riobot, an AI-powered troubleshooting and knowledge system on the plant floor.

The role requires a blend of manufacturing knowledge, project leadership, and digital capability, with responsibilities spanning deployment, training, and knowledge management across Operations, Maintenance, and Education teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI or Python.
• Strong communication skills to train, coach, and support end users.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Education and Training, and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead local deployment of Riobot with milestone tracking and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs related to adoption, satisfaction, efficiency, and downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align deployment with daily workflows.
• Provide Riobot training and onboarding to site stakeholders.
• Validate Riobot knowledge content and troubleshooting responses.
