Requirements include a technical Bachelor's degree and 12 years of software development experience, plus hands-on work with AI-powered developer tools and IDEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (4 years experience may substitute)
• 12 years of experience in software development
• Experience with AI- or LLM-powered developer tools
• Experience with IDEs, developer tools, or build and test systems
• Strong software engineering skills in modern programming languages

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-assisted IDE features and developer tooling capabilities
• Integrate agent-based systems to automate repetitive developer tasks, including code reviews, unit test generation, and code quality analysis
• Experiment with autonomous or semi-autonomous agents to enhance development workflows
• Integrate new tools into existing development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
• Measure and document the effectiveness of tooling improvements to inform future development
