Job summary

ByteDance is seeking graduates to join the Global Server Delivery team, delivering next-generation AI-ready infrastructure across data centers. You will learn server architecture, power management, and deployment readiness while collaborating with hardware, networking, facilities, supply chain, software, and operations teams.

You will help deploy thousands of servers, leverage AI-driven analytics to optimize planning and operations, and contribute to scalable, reliable production environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn complex systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working with data and engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• AI Infrastructure Delivery: participate in deployment of next-gen CPU/GPU server platforms; assist large-scale rollouts.
• Capacity Planning & Engineering Analysis: analyze power, rack capacity, cooling, and utilization; build optimization models.
• Project & Operations Management: coordinate cross-functional teams; track schedules and milestones.
• Manage deployment readiness, installation progress, and engineering documentation; support material planning.
• AI-driven Engineering: apply AI tools to automate data processing, reporting, and root cause analysis.
