Peraton Labs seeks a Data Analyst to serve as a power user of a customer deployed Generative AI Platform. You will conduct all-source analysis, synthesize diverse data, and generate mission-relevant products for decision-makers.

The role requires strong analytical tradecraft, excellent communication, and the ability to provide feedback to engineering to improve tool usability and impact in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in all-source or intelligence analysis.
• Experience producing structured analytical products from diverse data sources.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning.
• Experience with tools that support data retrieval, visualization, or report generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis using a customer deployed Generative AI Platform and produce mission-relevant assessments.
• Serve as a power user, optimizing workflows and AI-augmented analysis methods.
• Translate complex questions into structured platform workflows and data queries.
• Synthesize information from diverse sources into well-sourced analytical products.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, sourcing, and relevance.
• Provide feedback to engineering on usability and gaps.
• Develop reusable analytical workflows and best practices.
• Support demonstrations, pilot use cases, and stakeholder buy-in.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
• Document concepts of employment, workflows, and procedures for AI-augmented analysis.
• Support training and enablement of new platform users.
